1. Eligibility

• You are at least 16 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of PULSEPREP, you are required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process;
• Maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account;
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect any misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Platform Description

PULSEPREP is an online educational platform that provides MCQs, practice questions, explanations, mock exams, and learning resources primarily tailored for Pakistani MBBS and BDS students enrolled in institutions such as KMU, UHS, and similar boards.

While we strive to ensure accuracy and relevance, the content is intended for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical or professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, explanations, illustrations, graphics, logos, videos, mock questions, software, and user interfaces available on PULSEPREP are the intellectual property of PULSEPREP or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international conventions.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform;
• Use any automated tools (bots, crawlers) to extract data from PULSEPREP.

5. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Post or share misleading, abusive, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights;
• Engage in academic dishonesty, such as sharing copyrighted exam questions;
• Attempt to access or tamper with other users' accounts or data;
• Upload viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend users who violate these conditions.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain services and features may require payment. When you make a purchase:

• You agree to pay the listed fees in PKR or the currency specified;
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways;
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise;
• Subscriptions may be one-time, monthly, or annually and will be governed by the specific terms applicable to that plan.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing or subscription plans at any time with prior notice.

7. Referral Program

• Referral codes are unique to each user and must not be shared publicly or used in spam campaigns;
• Both the referrer and the referred user may receive rewards (such as subscription extensions or discounts) upon successful registration and subscription activation;
• Referral rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected;
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of the referral system, including creation of fake accounts or manipulation of the system, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.

8. Anti-Cheating and Examination Integrity

• Tab switching detection: The platform monitors when you switch tabs or windows during an active examination;
• Session monitoring: Your examination session is tracked to detect unusual patterns or behaviors;
• Time tracking: All actions during examinations are timestamped for integrity verification;
• Automatic submission: Examinations may be automatically submitted if suspicious activity is detected;
• Device restrictions: You may be required to complete examinations on a single device without accessing external resources.

Violation of examination integrity rules may result in test invalidation, account suspension, or termination. These measures are designed to ensure fairness for all students and maintain the credibility of our assessment platform.

9. Disclaimers

PULSEPREP makes no guarantees regarding exam results or outcomes based on use of our services.

All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including, but not limited to, accuracy, completeness, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or content of such external sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PULSEPREP, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform;
• Errors or omissions in content;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Technical interruptions or failures.

You agree that your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

11. Privacy Policy

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms;
• Engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform;
• Misuse any paid features or attempt to bypass payment mechanisms.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and any downloaded or stored content.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Peshawar, Pakistan.
